Our Programs
In the business segment we offer two larger programs
The High Performance Management (HPM) Program
The HPM Program
You are looking for ways to sustainably develop your business, to explore and to implement new strategies and directions?
You like to further develop your own leadership competence, as well as your leadership team’s capabilities?
In this case the HPM is the right program for you!
A successful business development is based on three factors:
- Your personal capabilities as a leader, in managing your employees and the business
- The leadership competence of team managers, and the motivation and collaboration of team members in accomplishing the goals
- A sustainable business strategy, that positions your organization at the market and differentiates from competitors
Accordingly, we offer you, as our client, the choice between three levels of business consulting.
Level A - The Business Coaching Dialogue
‘Where do I stand in life?
What are my next business objectives?
Where shall the road take me?
Why do my ideas find little interest with my subordinates/my colleagues, with my boss?’
These are typical questions that our clients have.
We facilitate individual coaching to work out your personal and business-related objectives. We analyze your current situation – potential barriers and uncertainties, discuss several options to resolve them, and develop a strategy for the future. The responsibility regarding the content always remains in your hands – you decide on your actions and on any implementation. The business coach supports you in the process, challenges the circumstances, valuations and assessments, to reveal all potential options for the future direction.
Level B - The High Performance Leadership Workshop
High Performance Leadership (HPL) addresses leaders in organizations and self-employed, who want to raise their performance and their effectiveness as team leaders. We work in the following directions
- Improving the efficacy of your actions and your impact at work
- Guiding you and your team on how to manage change and complexity with conviction
- Developing and enhancing your leadership styles
HPL is a three-day workshop, which we offer for individual participants, as well as for a group of leaders that work together within an organization.
HPL can be very well combined with business coaching. As one result of a coaching session you may feel the need and the desire to further develop your leadership capabilities. Similarly, our HPL workshop participants may like to discuss their action plan and its implementation with a business coach for new inspiration.
Level C - Business Development Consulting
Business Development Consulting (BDC) addresses decision makers and executive managers in organizations, who want to work out a new strategy for their division and implement this with their management and teams. We accompany the change management processes content wise in the strategy development with business segment analysis, the definition of goals and business models, the external communication, and the definition and measurement of key performance indicators. Moreover, we support you in the implementation and the internal communication, with the definition of processes, the identification of responsibilities, and in the dialogue with employees.
On the BDC level the cooperation with our clients is defined according to their individual needs and demands. In any case, an engagement in BDC includes a business coaching dialogue (Level A), where we work out the demands and goals. In case you envisage a larger change process we also recommend including an HPL workshop (Level B), to orient your leaders and team managers towards the new direction.
The ‘Business Development across Cultures (BDaC)’ Program
The BDaC Program
We are living in a world of cultural change with an increasing level of intercultural collaboration. What does this mean for our business processes? How can we on the one hand drive innovation with radically new thoughts, and at the same time acknowledge and support the existing as the foundation of our business? How do we establish a company culture, that combines both aspects and connects people from different cultures?
We understand the term ‘culture’ not only from an ethnological perspective (e.g. different nationalities), but also look at the social-cultural, as well as the technological aspects. For example, Digital Transformation – a quite popular topic these days – does not only drive changes of technical processes, but also creates changing requirements at the workplace for many employees.
These change processes are only successful if they are supported by the employees. When different cultures collide, there is generally tension between the parties. However, several research studies show, that cross-cultural and diverse teams show more creativity, demonstrate higher efficiency in communication and deliver overall better results … if they are managed well – and this is the focus of this program
The Business Development across Cultures (BDaC) program has been developed within the framework of a dissertation on intercultural leadership, is based on latest research resultsand has been implemented in larger organizations.*
We offer the BDaC program for the three levels Individual, Team, and Organization with three corresponding modules.

Module 3 - Organizational level – across departments or companies
Our Target group:
‘Across Cultures’ relates to the cultures that we find in various groups; for instance, across departments within an organization or across companies. As an example, the way of thinking and working within a creative marketing department might significantly differ from a responsible quality assurance department – still, both need to work together to deliver the product to the customer. Nowadays many teams are staffed internationally with people, who come from different cultural circles. This may induce tension and misunderstanding, which may even become more obvious if companies from different cultural backgrounds want to do business with each other.
The BDaC program has been developed and validated for a Chinese supplier in business operation with its European customers.
Goals:
All goals of module 2 plus
- Overcome barriers caused by department/company cultures
- Enhance the outcome/results of collaboration, validated through measurements
- Improve the customer satisfaction (in case of buyer/supplier relationship), validated through measurements

It has been implemented with a Chinese supplier in large telecommunication operators in Europe
** The concept of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is based on research results and publications by C. Earley/S. Ang (2003)
*** The Cultural Broker concept is an essential part of the BDaC program and has been successfully implemented in Chinese and European companies
